GENERAL BETTING RULES

We reserve the right to refuse the whole or any part of a commission.
All commissions must be photographed. We accept no responsibility for any commission which cannot be substantiated by our photographic records.
All wagers are accepted subject to the rules of racing.We pay first past the post and official result on all English and Irish racing.The only exceptions are
The Grand National and the Derby plus any foreign racing.

The maximum that will be paid for horse race wagers on any one slip will be £100,000.
The maximum payout to any one client on a TRICAST is £10,000.
The maximum payout on all greyhound betting will be £10,000.
The maximum payout to any one client in respect of individual odds football betting is £50,000.

Where an incorrect number of doubles is stated to cover the selections given, the stake will be divided and invested equally among the correct number of doubles applicable. This same rule will apply to singles, trebles, fourfolds etc.
Where an incorrect number of selections are given in a "Yankee" or similar full-cover named bet, the total stakes will be divided and equally invested on the full number of doubles, trebles, fourfolds, etc., as determined by the number of selections given.
Unless covered by the preceding rule, where the amount of stake money received is more than the required amount the excess will be refunded, and where it is less the whole commission will be executed in proportion.
Where two selections which run in the same race are included in a double, treble, or accumulator, or if the same selection is included twice, the amount of stake will be divided between the two; hence a double will become two singles, a treble will become two doubles and so on.
Where a horse and greyhound with identical names are engaged to run on one day, untimed wagers for that selection will be settled for the horse unless otherwise indicated.
In an "up-and-down" wager, one or more crosses will be taken to mean single stakes about. Clients wishing double stakes about must clearly stipulate this requirement on their slip.
Where a wager is placed on a greyhound race with no time stipulated, or wrongly timed, it will be settled on the next race off, unless otherwise indicated.

Clients wishing to bet at board price must stipulate this requirement when handing the slip over, and also ensure that the current show price is subsequently marked on the slip by our staff.
Where a price is laid this will apply to the selection throughout the slip.
We reserve the right to correct any error by either the SIS or our own employees

We accept forecast singles and doubles for horses and/or dogs.
We do not accept forecast trebles, except as part of a forecast patent wager.
All horse race forecast wagers will be settled in accordance with the officially declared S.P. Computer forecast returns.
All greyhound forecast wagers will be settled in accordance with the officially declared BAGS Computerised forecast.
Where a client selects a non runner in a forecast the stakes will be refunded. ln the event of a non runner in a combination forecast the stakes will be equally divided between the remaining selections.

Except where covered in H(3) below, we accept Tricast wagers only on races where an official Tricast dividend is declared. Any wagers taken for a race where no dividend is declared will be equally divided as a forecast.
Where a client selects a non-runner in a Tricast the remaining 2 selections will be invested as a computer straight forecast. Should 2 selections be declared as non-runners the stakes will be refunded.
We will accept Tricast wagers on 6-dog races.

Should any dispute arise which is not covered in our rules, and which cannot be amicably settled, we agree to accept the opinion of the Independent Betting Arbitration Service (IBAS) of which we are members whose decision will be binding on both parties.
